2023-2024 RATE SCHEDULE
Rates effectieve October 1, 2023 - September 30, 2024
ANNUAL RATE
(12 months) $4,400 (tax included) *metered electric is additional
DAILY AND WEEKLY RATES
DAILY RATE $50.00 INCLUDES ELECTRIC & TAX
WEEKLY RATE $320.00 INCLUDES ELECTRIC & TAX
MONTHLY RATE
$645.00 *metered electric is additional
All rates include trash, water and sewer
RESERVATION POLICY
Daily & Weekly reservation deposit $50.00
Monthly reservation deposit $100.00
Annual RV reservation deposit $200.00
There will be a $50.00 cancellation fee on all cancelled reservations. The remaining deposit money will be refunded.
ADDITIONAL FEES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Gate Remote $35
- Resort Pet Fee $5.00 per pet/per month
- Electric connection fee $30 applied to your first bill (annual residents are required to obtain electric through Electric District 2
- Washers in Park Models & RVs will be charged $5 per month for water
- Excessive landscaping will have a charge of $5 per month for water
- A 3.5% charge will be applied to Credit Card transactions used to pay Annual Rent
